Your Questions Answered
What is my Chapter ID and where do I find it?
Your Chapter ID is the unique identification number assigned to your FBLA chapter by FBLA national. Each chapter receives one Chapter ID, and it remains the same from year to year.
You can find your Chapter ID by logging into the FBLA Membership System at http://connect.fbla.org/. If you need assistance locating your Chapter ID, please contact Oregon FBLA at [email protected].
Who can complete the Chapter Registration Form?
The Chapter Registration Form must be completed by an FBLA chapter adviser. Students should not complete or submit the form.
As part of the Chapter Registration process, you will complete a submission authentication step near the beginning of the form. At that point, a verification code will be sent to the Primary Chapter Adviser’s email address on file in the FBLA Membership System.
If another adviser other than the Primary Chapter Adviser is completing the form, they will need to obtain the verification code from the Primary Chapter Adviser in order to complete the submission.
What happens after I submit my Chapter Registration?
After you submit your Chapter Registration, the Oregon FBLA State Management Team will review your submission for completeness. Your Primary Chapter Adviser will be notified by email once the review process has been completed.
Can I update my Chapter Registration after I submit it?
Yes. If you need to update information after submitting your registration, please contact Oregon FBLA at [email protected].
What if I don’t receive the email verification code?
First, check your spam or junk folder. If you still don’t receive the verification email, confirm that the Primary Chapter Adviser email address entered on the form is correct. If you continue to experience issues, contact Oregon FBLA at [email protected]
What if my Primary Chapter Adviser changes during the school year?
Please contact Oregon FBLA for assistance with updating your chapter records.
Can I save my progress and finish later?
Yes. Your progress will be saved, allowing you to return later and complete your affiliation.
What if this is my chapter’s first year registering with Oregon FBLA?
Welcome to Oregon FBLA! New chapters complete the same Chapter Registration Form as returning chapters. Since your chapter has not previously registered, your form will not contain pre-populated information. Please contact Oregon FBLA with assistance in identifying your Chapter ID. Once you have your Chapter ID please return to this form, complete all required sections, upload your signed Chapter Registration Agreement, and submit your registration for review.
